How the service works
You call our line, a dispatcher takes the details and a licensed and insured plumber is sent. The plumber confirms the cause of the problem and states a clear price before work starts. You decide whether to proceed.
Calls and recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling you agree to this.
Arrival and availability
Dispatch gives an estimated arrival window based on conditions at the time. Traffic, weather and job volume can change it. We do not guarantee a fixed arrival time, and same-day appointments are offered when available.
Website content
The pages on this site are general information about plumbing and are not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis. Local utility numbers and permit rules can change, so confirm them with the Town of Morrisville, the Town of Cary or the utility named.
